Pet Policy
The Hamilton is a pet-friendly apartment community! Below, we have outlined our pet policy for you.
DOGS AND CATS
A maximum of two pets will be permitted to live with you at
FISH
Aquariums under 50 gallons are permitted and must be placed in a safe spot in the apartment. Aquariums 20 gallons or less do not require a fee. Aquariums over 10 gallons require proof of renters insurance. Aquariums over 20 gallons require a $300 non-refundable fee.
BIRDS
Birds smaller than 5 inches do not require a fee. Birds larger than 5 inches require a $300 non-refundable fee. Birds must remain in cages at all times.
HAMSTERS, GERBILS, GUINEA PIGS
Hamsters, gerbils, and guinea pigs must remain in cages at all times. No fee is required.
