How to Reserve an Amenity via ActiveBuilding App

Now that you’ve settled into your luxury apartment at The Hamilton, it’s time to fully enjoy our fantastic community amenities. Whether you’re looking to book the Steeplechase BoardRoom, High Roller's Lounge, or The Cinema, reserving a space is simple with our resident app!
Ready to get started? Let’s walk through the steps.
Step #1: Download the App
If you haven’t already, download our resident app. If you’ve got it, skip ahead to Step #2!
Search for “Active Building” in the App Store or Google Play Store. Once downloaded, enter your information, and the system will link your details to your account at The Hamilton. Complete the registration process, and you’re in!
Step #2: Find the Amenities Tab
Open the app and tap the three lines in the upper left corner to access the menu. Scroll down to find the “Amenities” tab and tap on it.
Step #3: Choose Your Amenity
In the Amenities tab, you’ll find a range of options:
- The Cinema
- Steeplechase BoardRoom
- Winner's Circle Hall
- High Roller's Lounge
- Giant Jenga
- Baggo
Each amenity is available for different days of the week (Weekday, Saturday, and Sunday), so make sure to select the correct day and time for your reservation. Once you’ve chosen, tap on “Reserve This Amenity.”
Pro Tip: Don’t forget about our fun games like Baggo and Giant Connect Four, which you can reserve any day and pick up from the concierge!
Step #4: Review the Rules
Before reserving, take a moment to review the specific rules for each amenity. Some allow food, others have guest limits—it’s essential to familiarize yourself with these guidelines and share them with your guests.
Important: All amenities are free for residents and guests, except the Winner's Circle Hall, which requires a fee. Be sure to review this section carefully, as your reservation won’t be approved until the fee is paid.
Step #5: Reserve the Amenity
Once you’re clear on the rules, fill out the reservation form with your name, reservation date, check-in time, and duration. You’ll then be prompted to provide additional details.
After submitting, you can view your reservation under the Amenities tab by selecting “History.”
Pro Tip: If you encounter an error, double-check the date, time, and rules. This could mean the amenity is unavailable or you’ve missed a step in the process.
