Water, Sewer, & Trash

Forget about the hassle of managing water, sewer, or trash bills—at The Hamilton, we've got it covered! These essential utilities are included with your luxury apartment, so you can take all the long, relaxing showers you want without worrying about fluctuating costs.

Pest Control

No need to stress over pest control either. Our pest control partner visits The Hamilton weekly, providing preventative services to keep your home free from unwanted critters. Each building is serviced at least once every three months, and if you ever have a pest issue, just submit a service request through our app. We’ll have it taken care of during the next scheduled visit at no extra cost—saving you over $100 per visit!

High-Speed Internet

Stream, game, and surf with ease thanks to our 100 Mbps wireless internet package, included with your apartment. Set up is a breeze—just plug in your router, and you're good to go! Normally costing at least $60 a month, this service is ready when you move in, with no installation or equipment fees. If you want to upgrade your speed or add TV services, just contact a AT&T representative through their website for easy customization.

Not Included: Electricity

The only utility not covered is electricity, provided by Entergy Arkansas. You'll need to set up your account before moving in, but don’t worry—our energy-efficient apartments help keep your usage low. For tips on saving energy, check out our Resident Handbook available in our app or portal.

Utility Package Prices

We’ve made budgeting simple with our utility package pricing. For just $80 a month for a one-bedroom or studio, $90 for a two-bedroom, or $100 for a three-bedroom, your water, sewer, trash, pest control, and internet are all included in one convenient monthly payment.
